Do you have a Competent Person at all your job sites?
OSHA requires employers to have a competent person on site during excavation activities. This comprehensive 6-hour class is intended for site supervisors and lead men and women to gain critical knowledge of the excavation and trenching OSHA standard (29 CFR 1926 Subpart P). This in-depth training will help you meet the minimum requirements of trenching and excavation safety.
This course is typically $100 or more but we are offering it as a NUCA Member Benefit for FREE . Course attendees will receive a certificate and a wallet card declaring them eligible to be designated as a competent person by their respective employer.
